Cassie joined Pinnacle’s Columbus office in June 2023 after earning her bachelor degree from Ohio University where she was consistently on the Dean’s List, involved in leadership organizations, and gained experience in client service. Cassie’s impeccable attention to detail and dedicated work ethic earned her a quick promotion from Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to Pinnacle’s new Onboarding Specialist in March 2025. As Onboarding Specialist, Cassie is responsible for providing new clients with a seamless and professional onboarding experience, including sole responsibility for every new client’s Onboarding Scorecard. In her free time, Cassie enjoys exploring the city with her friends, spending time with family back in her hometown of Norwalk and attending Columbus Blue Jackets and Cleveland Browns games.
