Since September 2007, Erica is the first friendly voice you hear when you call Pinnacle's offices or visit our headquarters in Mansfield. Customer service is her top priority. Her goal is to make each person she talks to feel welcome and important, whether on the phone or in person. Also responsible for a variety of office administrative duties, Erica types and mails out a variety of letters, including quarterly meeting recap letters, assists with quarterly reports and mailings, schedules meetings for clients and advisors, data entry, and multiple daily administrative tasks. She is willing to help her fellow team members in any way she can when needed. She earned her Notary Public designation in 2022.
Erica has lived in Ontario her entire life and has been married to her husband, Chris, since 2012. She has an adult daughter named “Lizzie”. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and being at home with her husband and their animals.
